Sited in the established Luz neighbourhood, this development responds to its low-rise context with a stepped section that reduces the perceived height of the building from the surrounding streets.
Terracotta screens and planted balconies break up the facades, embedding texture and life into the elevations while passively cooling the apartments behind.
